Resident Wii: Evil Spawns only on Nintendo Wii
Cannibalism, ferocious dogs, dead bodies strewn about, sound familiar? If sitting in a room with the lights turned off and the volume turned up is your idea of a fun time, then you might be one of the millions of fans of the decade-old Resident Evil series. With over 10 games, 2 movies, and dozens of other paraphernalia, Resident Evil will spawn a new generation of zombies on the soon-to-be released Nintendo Wii.
In an official statement, Capcom noted that, “The new Resident Evil game for the console [Nintendo Wii] will combine the series’ intense gaming experience and atmosphere with the revolutionary control system of the Wii.” This means that the new Resident Evil game will give the player the chance to destroy the zombies in whatever way they see fit. So far no further details have been released about the game, but just the thought of being able to move the Wii controller in the fashion of a chainsaw should keep fans of the series happy for now.
